A new year has begun! Let us hold in our prayers all the children who are returning to or beginning school. May all youth be met with love and welcome. May the teachers be filled with energy and care. May the staff care for the needs of the student and teachers. May the parents engage their children with love, support, and compassion.
I also ask for prayers for those who feel unseen in the vastness of their world. For those who are struggling with mental illness and for their families.
God of compassion, walk with us, open our hearts to see with your eyes and love others as you love us. Amen
